Rest
Our accommodation sleeps eighteen across nine rooms which can be booked as solo occupancy or shared. Take a look through our room plan for more details on room specifications. Look forward to a truly peaceful break.
Restore
As a self-catering venue, you have food freedom and choice. Bring your own chef or team up with our highly rated chefs who frequent our venue. We partner with plant-based chefs who align with our seasonal health conscious ethos.
Relax
Enjoy beautiful indoor spaces and grounds, the retreat lounge, dining room, farmhouse kitchen and dining space, wellness centre, art barn and five acres of organic land are yours to immerse yourself in during your stay.
Shala & Workshop Barn
Our main training and workshop space is an underfloor heated studio within the eco-renovated wellness barn. The studio is calm and quiet, with the equipment you’ll need to host most yoga and fitness sessions. For students there’s mat space for a maximum of cosy fifteen, to spacious twelve, depending on how much space between the mats you like to work with.
Shala
A quiet and held space, the shala is underfloor heated by its own private water supply and includes all the accessories you need to hold yoga and movement sessions. There’s also a treatment room complete with heated couch and warm lighting.
Art Barn
A rustic space with beautiful features, including an 18ft foot sunken waterwheel in its own viewing gallery, one of only three in the country. A smooth concrete floor and large woodburning stove complete the space, with mood lighting for added ambience.

As a self-catering venue, you have plenty of freedom and choice when it comes to the food for your retreat. You can bring your own chef or team up with one of our highly-rated chefs who work from our venue regularly.
We work closely with a small team of plant-based chefs who share our ethos and understanding of healthy cuisine. They know our venue well and have fine-tuned their menus to suit our retreat clients over the years.
Their menus change with the seasons to ensure guests are fed the ingredients and nutrients that most serve their bodies at the time of year. Food is vegan as standard, however, most of the chefs are very happy to offer vegetarian as well. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free diets can all be catered for.

We provide a wonderful selection of holistic treatments during your stay. Our therapists are highly experienced and come with a wealth of knowledge in wellness.

Nestled in a walled garden with stunning countryside views, our woodfired sauna offers a complete thermal journey. Enjoy cold indoor and outdoor showers for a refreshing contrast. Surround the firepit, connect with nature, and embrace elemental healing. Your retreat booking includes a complimentary group sauna session. Towels and robes provided.
