This yoga and surf retreat combines two of my passions. We will be working with the Yang energy of the summer months and Ashtanga yoga that bring us warmth, excitment and lightness in our bodies, and use Yin yoga to keeping us grounded, draw inwards and sooth the body and settle the mind. We will also use the Yin practice to support our Ashtanga asanas by creating more space and fluidity in the body. Both styles will enhance the flexibilty and dynamacism needed for surfing.
